Malcolm was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were searching for our first house. We bought our house in the crazy seller's market of December 2020 and he helped us maintain an aggressive tour schedule on weekends, plus quick turnaround for placing our offer. He was also very communicative with the sellers agents of properties we were interested in and kept us updated about deadlines and competing offers.

Malcolm provided timely and insightful counsel through the entire home buying process. He went above and beyond to provide customer service that was needed to comply with COVID-19 regulations, but also enabled us to conduct a thorough home search. For example, he provided several video walking tours and detailed facts about multiple properties. That helped us maximize our time and avoid unnecessairly viewing homes that were not suitable to our needs.

Malcolm went above and beyond touring a possible rental for me even though I wasnt a client of his. As someone coming out of town, I truly appreciate it.
