Berenice and her team helped us buy a new construction home in Anderson after moving back from out of state. Exceptional customer service and always responsive to any questions or concerns we had through the process. Thank you so much!!

Helped us tremendously through finding a house to closing even with field punch list negotiations. Very helpful and I would recommend freely to others. She has been helping our family for almost ten years now.

We did a long distance move from Pa to Ga, so we knew the process could be a difficult one! How wrong could we be, the hard work, knowledge and truly caring Ramage Group made it a much easier experience than we could have hoped for! Plus, they found us the perfect house to make our new home!

Berenice helped walk me through the process of selling my home and was able to close for much more than I anticipated the home would sell for. Berenice showed examples of properties in the neighborhood to compare to my home so we could list at a price that was comfortable for me.

Berenice was absolutely fantastic to work with, very professional real estate agent plus she is bilingual like me. She was knowledgeable and patient with walking me through the process. I appreciate her and her commitment to help me with buying my second home, (also she helps me buying my first home too). Excellent choice if buying or selling. I highly recommend her!.
