I have worked extensively with Ryan Gehling on purchasing two properties. (One fell through due to the other party. ) Ryan was excellent to work with in both cases. He is super responsive, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and most of all, is not at all pushy. He realizes that people may need a while to make up their minds or are in varying levels of urgency in buying or selling a house and he accommodates that with a very friendly demeanor. I had considered working directly with a seller who was doing a For Sale By Owner but decided to have Ryan handle the closing for me. It was a great decision because he saved me from a potentially expensive mistake on an easement issue that I wouldn't have known to even investigate. I would 100% recommend him if you're considering buying or selling property in the Ames / Central Iowa Region.
