She arranged virtual showings for me, answered all my questions, gave advice on pricing and process, and was just extremely responsive. She also helped arrange all the various people who were involved in the process: inspectors, radon mitigation people, electrical and plumbing contractors, utilities, mortgage preapproval people, and even a couple college students to help me move furniture. She made the process very easy and very smooth! She's also been a god-send after the sale to check up on things and coordinate various things. Ryan is organized, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, and has high emotional intelligence. His communications are thoughtful, timely, brief, and clear. A good serviceperson is one who has a dozen balls in the air and makes you feel like yours is the only one. This is how it was with Ryan. I don't know what else to ask for. Ryan Gehling was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the markets in Ames, Iowa. He provided us a detailed analysis of the market conditions in our area so that we could be confident of the pricing of our house to achieve our objectives on a sale. At the beginning of the process we had questions concerning some conditions of the house but Ryan help us contact appropriate contractors to resolve any questions. We never had to wonder what might be happening since Ryan continued to keep us informed of the progress of the sale process. We were able to successfully complete the sale within our objectives of price and time on the market. Over the course of our lives we have bought and sold a number of houses; but this was the best experience we have had and were the most satisfied with the outcome.

I found a house I wanted to see on a Tuesday evening, Ryan had me in the house 11:30 am the next day. Ryan is not out for the quick sale, but actually cares about you as a client and your needs. When I was looking to build a custom house, Ryan helped me shop local homebuilders and had no problems with my pickiness. He was always ready to move on if I didnt feel a certain builder was the right choice. I decided to build a custom house but then changed to purchasing an existing house. Ryan had no problem with this and defended our decision with the builder we were using. Overall, Ryan and Gale offer the level of service you expect from a real estate professional.
