Tammy is a true professional. She helped us find the perfect home in the Milford school district in the neighborhood that we were wanting to move to. She was thorough when helping us negotiate with the seller, as well as while we were completing the closing documents, all in a timely manner.

Tammy helped us sell our house in Hyde Park. She went above and beyond to make sure the house was perfectly staged and in the tip-top shape when it finally listed by rolling up her sleeves and getting to work. Well all that hard work paid off when the house sold for nearly 30k over the asking price in a no contingency, all cash offer. We couldn't have been happier with the final outcome and with our experience with Tammy.

I was new to the area and Tammy was wonderful. Very personable and would respond in a very timely manner. Would recommend Tammy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

She forgot we were touring a house. We waited for an half hour before we finally got in touch with her, (after calling multiple numbers) only to hear that she completely forgot about the conversation we had 2 days prior.

Tammy Will did a fantastic job at finding us a house. She pressured and pursued with the exact amount of effort we wanted and were willing to exert ourselves.
