From day 1 Larissa was such a huge help. Sure we knew exactly what we wanted, but Larissa stepped up and made sure we had an entire day planned full of showings, all of which had met all the criteria we needed in a home. Nothing is worse than having to repeat yourself to someone about small things like "I need a garage" and an agent gives you a list of homes that all have street parking. Coming from 12 hours away we truly put all of our trust in her and she did not disappoint. If she couldn't answer a message, she made sure someone else could. The whole process for us was only 45 days so though it was short, it was still stressful but Larissa took over on so many things to make sure we had one less thing to worry about. As someone who has previously had a great realtor as well as a terrible realtor, Larissa truly was the greatest I've worked with. She did not try to sell me a house that wasn't the perfect one, she didn't push working with a different lender, and she always had our best interest at heart! 10/10 would recommend Larissa and team SBK!
