I had an extremely negative experience working with this agent. I had a valid, signed contract and had already submitted my earnest money when Ms. Calkins interfered in the transaction. Instead of respecting an existing agreement, she engaged in conduct that resulted in my deal being wrongfully terminated. When I raised my concerns, Keller Williams management confirmed in writing that they would not take any corrective action. This lack of accountability was very concerning. In my opinion, this was unprofessional, unethical, and not in line with the standards Texas agents are supposed to follow. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this agent to proceed carefully and make sure everything is fully transparent and above board.

I've worked with Kelly since 2014 when she helped me purchase my current home which my family and I love. She went out of her way to show us properties until we knew what we were truly looking for. She could have made a quick buck by just letting us settle for an acceptable home. Not Kelly. She was not satisfied until we found a home we loved. Since then, we trust her completely and she has helped me sell dozens of properties my business has built in the DFW metroplex. You cannot go wrong with her.

I have bought and sold 2 homes in the past with Kelly and I recommend her all the time! She is incredibly knowledgable of the area, and is always willing to take me "shopping". We are moving back to Texas after 11 years away, and the first thing I did was contact Kelly to get her help buying our new home in McKinney.
