He not only personally understands about a veterans, and an individual persons needs and wants for a good and comfortable home situation, he strongly exemplifies all the necessary and detailed knowledge about the process to make that home purchase fully happen! I have never seen a person put forth so much time and passion into his work! Any and every time I have called and attempted to contact agent Tanner about absolutely anything during my home purchase process - HE HAS ALWAYS RESPONDED and WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE! ALWAYS RESPONDED - WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE! Early morning, or late at night! MY home buying process was unusually long and should have been more difficult than it was, in regards to contractual changes and intricate property details. But I feel compelled to disclose that because of Mr. Tanners ongoing efforts, and "sacrifices"during the process, looking back at what should have been difficult circumstances - Tanner always found the ways, the words, and the solutions to anything and every thing that may have discouraged, or set me back. "I have never experienced or received kinder assistance within the 57 years of my adult life!" 5 stars is not enough to gauge my appreciation! It was a real privilege.
