Jackie helped me and my husband navigate the entire process of buying our first home and relocating from the Springs to the Denver area. We werent familiar with all of the different suburbs of Denver but Jackie took the time to show us all of the different options and show us several homes in a variety of different communities. Jackie was incredibly patient and thorough with us, answering every question (we had tons!) and providing us with valuable feedback every step of the way. She never pressured or rushed us to make a decision and she never showed us anything above our price range which I truly appreciated. We knew from our very first phone conversation with Jackie that she was super on top of it and very knowledgeable. She had us out and looking at houses just a couple days later! Jackie is also an advocate for her clients. She never backed down on any of the requests we made and negotiated with the seller on our behalf. She really goes the extra mile for her clients. I dont know what we wouldve done without her! Our whole experience with Jackie was enjoyable, seamless and stress-free. She made an otherwise stressful process fun! Lastly, Jackie is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to any email, text or phone call we made. I dont know how she does it!
