Jackie is a go getter! She goes above and beyond to help you get what youre after. She helped us buy our first home in 2017. She was patient, informative, and helped us get a great place. She then helped us sell that same home 9 years later in a very tough sellers market, above asking price! Weve referred all our friends to her and shes helped them all. I couldnt possibly say enough positive things about her. If youre looking for a realtor who will do an amazing job for you, look no further than Jackie!

Jackie was an excellent agent. Her approach is exactly what I need: straight-forward, honest and a great communicator. I was somewhat of a difficult client: out-of-state and barely able to view properties. She was kind enough to send us a (personal and custom) video tour, which then gave us enough confidence in the property to come see it. And she was extremely timely and responsive through all the steps. Shes tenacious. Shes goal focused. Would absolutely use her services again. Cheers!

A shame that her previous reviews are so good. My experience on the other hand was distasteful. From the beginning I noted odd comments that consisted of scrutinizing people for aEURoenot speaking proper EnglishaEUR? and also saying that certain areas that consisted mostly of people of color were aEURoeghetto.aEUR? I have never felt so uncomfortable working with someone in real estate. I genuinely hope her employer fixes this awful behavior, there is absolutely no space for hatred in the job she does.

I do not believe there is enough space in this comment box to share all of the reasons why we believe Jackie Stratton is the best realtor in Denver. She and her husband Steve walked with us every step of the way as we went through the process of selling our home. From their initial walkthrough all the way through closing, Jackie provided incredible advice and guidance, connected us with great resources, and communicated what to expect at every turn. Our house needed a bit of work both before hitting the market and after the inspection, and Jackie provided incredible contractors that did the work efficiently and quickly. Selling a home is a stressful process, but Jackie and team made it very doable. Thanks to them, we sold our house incredibly quickly and at asking price. We couldn't have been happier with how things went and feel very blessed that we were able to work with Jackie and Steve. Truly, the Jackie Stratton team is the way to go when selling a home - they are a gift!
