Keller Williams

Kelly was absolutely amazing. We have used her services to sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses. I am now in an apartment and will ask her to help me with my next purchase. She represents her clients to the fullest. She is in constant communication with you and responds to your texts/emails immediately. She walks you through the process and explains everything to a level I could understand. She knows the latest trends and knows how to negotiate on behalf of her clients. I could not have been happier with a real estate agent.

Kelly was AMAZING!!!! This was a first for me, and she helped walked me through every step and answered every question, as well as ones I didnt even know to ask. She helped us avoid pitfalls, and helped us find the absolute perfect house. She was responsive, she communicated well, she was such a blessing! And we are in our dream home. Thanking God for a friend telling me about Kelly!

Kelly Thate has now helped us to sell 2 houses in Austin. She is absolutely THE BEST! Her client care is second to none. When she is done staging the house, the house sells itself. Kelly is professional but is always in your corner to assist with anything that you ask and she is always extremely prompt in getting back to you. We maximized our profit in both sales. However, most importantly, Kelly provided the best customer care possible. Dont miss on Kelly and David! They are THE BEST!

Amazing and wonderful! Kelly and David are a power duo and are so knowledgeable and honest! Every aspect of buying a home was made easier by them. With Kelly as our primary, if we ever had a question she was quick to respond. After deciding on our home, we had a little hiccup with the sellers of our home. It was less daunting because we trusted her insight and we sailed right through without issues.

In the last 23 years Kelly has helped me sell/buy 3 homes. She knows the market better than anyone I know. I recommend her every chance I get. She helped 2 of my friends sell/buy and they were thrilled with her. There?s just nobody better out there! Right now, she is helping my son buy his first home. He first met her when he was 5 years old. I also worked with David on my last purchase. He was so helpful. They make a dynamic duo. You?re in great hands with the Thate Team!!
