Keller William Realty Boise

Dana is the absolute BEST person to have in your corner when buying or selling your home! She is so knowledgeable and shes not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get dirty to get things done! Shes been my realtor for many years and weve done lots of crazy deals together. She always has my back and I trust her in every situation! When you start looking for a realtor, you get bombarded with suggestions from friends and it is overwhelming. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED choosing Dana! She will become YOUR realtor forever once you work with her!

Sheila was wonderful to work with on finding our new home and helping us make the right offer. The offer was accepted with no issues and now we have a wonderful new home. I would highly suggest using her as your agent in the future.

Sheila, Michel, and Alissa were great! As new investors, we didnt know what we didnt know, and Sheilas expertise was invaluable. I had considered buying without a realtor, but I could have easily missed key detailsaEUR"like checking CC&Rs for rental flexibility. She guided us through every step, gave solid advice, and negotiated a great deal below the list price. Highly recommend Minegar Gamble Real Estate!

Think you don't need a realtor for a new build? Think again! Dana not only saved us money during the home building process, but she also got us a huge discount on our lot.. and not only was she valuable to us financially, but she also went to bat for us many times when the builder was trying to jerk us around. She's not afraid of anyone and she knows how things are supposed to go! We can't imagine how things would have gone without her.. or with anyone else for that matter! We love Dana and can't recommend her enough! Did I mention she's hilarious too? Such an awesome realtor.

Dana was amazing to work with. She made everything so easy for me in selling my house. She had great, affordable recommendations for cleaners and movers. She took care of everything and was so easy to work with. Would, and have, highly recommended her.
