We had such a wonderful experience working with JC! He was professional, patient, supportive, and always there whenever we had questions throughout the entire home-buying process. He truly went above and beyond for our family. One thing that really touched us was that he even gave our kids a pool so they could enjoy our new backyard during the summer. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much he genuinely cares about his clients and their families. Were so grateful for everything he did to help us get into our new home. Chris did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of my home. He made this process so much better and made it less stressful for me. He was patient with me, understood that this was my first home so I was still learning things, he was kind with me and my family, and assisted me with every part of my closing. During the home-buying process, Chad was fantastic. He was always there to advocate for us and guide us through the process as first-time homebuyers. He took the time to explain each step, what we could expect next, and made the entire process much less overwhelming. Even while he was away on vacation, his team remained available, and Chad was still accessible whenever we had questions. He truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Chad (and the DaSilva Team) gave me and my girlfriend a 5-star experience in our house purchasing journey. Despite only having 2 years of experience, Chad quickly proved that he gained a wealth of knowledge during that time which I found immensely helpful as a first-time home buyer. Chad was excellent at communication and educating me about what to expect during each stage of the purchase. He was not shy about calling me to check up on me and to ask if I needed clarification on anything while working around my busy schedule as a medical professional. He demonstrated a lot of patience and accommodation with me in regards to my lack of availability during one of the busiest months I've had at work. Thanks to the DaSilva Team, Chad holds a wealth of assets and resources to coordinate scheduling and necessary documents together (Shout out to Stephanye and Bella!). My one regret is that I did not utilize them earlier and tried to make the scheduling and get the documents myself. Yisandi was an absolute joy and a blessing to work with. When my wife and I first started looking for a home in New Jersey, we really had no idea where we wanted to be or what was possible for us. We had worked with other realtors before, and too often it felt like we were just another lead or another potential transaction. We never really felt like anyone was truly invested in understanding us or helping us find the right home. Yisandi completely changed that experience. From our very first meeting, she made us feel like she was genuinely advocating for us. She took the time to ask questions, not just about bedrooms, bathrooms, neighborhoods, and price points, but about who we were, what we wanted our life to look like, our plans for the next five or ten years, and what would actually make us happy in a home and a community. As we toured properties, it became very clear that she had been listening. She remembered the little things we mentioned and used them to help guide us. What impressed me most was that she was never trying to push us toward a sale. There were properties we looked at that were more expensive and could have meant a larger commission for her, and she would be the first person to say, aEURoeI just dont think you guys are going to be happy here long term. Lets keep looking. I dont want you to settle.aEUR? That told us everything we needed to know about her character. With her patience, guidance, and honesty, we eventually found a home that we absolutely love and are excited to grow into. But where Yisandi truly went above and beyond was during the closing process. Buying a home in New Jersey was completely new to us, and several unexpected issues and delays came up along the way. Every time there was a problem, Yisandi was front and center trying to solve it. She coordinated with attorneys, the title company, insurance, the sellers side, and whoever else needed to be involved to keep things moving. At one point, our closing was pushed back multiple times, and we could no longer stay in the short-term rental we had been using. We were suddenly facing the possibility of having nowhere to stay while waiting for the closing to happen. Yisandi stepped in and helped negotiate an arrangement with the seller that allowed us to move into the property early while the final closing issues were being resolved. That kind of effort goes far beyond simply showing homes and submitting offers. She cared about what was happening to us. We will always be grateful for how hard Yisandi worked, how much she advocated for us, and how seriously she took the responsibility of helping us find our home. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are looking for a home in New Jersey and want a realtor who will listen to you, tell you the truth, fight for you when things get difficult, and genuinely care about whether you end up happy with your decision, work with Yisandi. I genuinely dont think you will find anyone who will advocate harder for you.
