Keller William Greater Omaha

As a non-Nebraska native and someone from the east coast I am skeptical of everyone. Stephen was polite, patient, and professional the entire time we worked together. We were able to secure a VA assumable loan, which can get pretty complicated. My husband and I started working with him in early 2024, we didnt find a home until Dec 2024, and the deal wasnt closed until March 2025. My husband and I had so many questions, and Stephen either answered immediately or followed up with answers no matter the time of the day. Stephen knew what he was doing and if he didnt he was definitely a fast learner. Although the process was long (because it was an assumable loan), stressful, and kind of scary, it was comforting having someone on our side doing their best to keep us sane during the process. Myself and my husband are really happy to have Stephen as our realtor.

Working with Stephen Leick was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. We found a home one day, contacted Stephen the very next day, and had an offer submitted the following day that was accepted. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made unbelievably smooth and easy because of Stephen and his team. From the very beginning, everything felt seamless, organized, and truly effortless on our end. Stephen was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Even though we only met virtually, he made us feel completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. Not only is Stephen outstanding at what he does, but he is also a genuinely great person who truly cares about his clients. That kind of service is rare to find. We are beyond impressed with him and the amazing team he has behind him. We are so grateful for everything Stephen and his team did to help us secure our home. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond, make the process stress free, and deliver results, we cannot recommend Stephen Leick highly enough. Thank you so much!

Stephen was very helpful throughout the buying process of my home. He arranged for every inspection, recommended local contractor. He even met with contractor when I wasnt available. He was always available, returned calls, texts promptly.

Stephen was amazingly knowledgeable and went above and beyond every step of the way. He was always available for us and acted as our point person for everything we needed to make the process seamless. Five starts doesnt say enough!

Stephen was fantastic! We sold and bought our new home with him. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. I highly recommend him when buying and selling your home.
