Among other excellent qualities, I particularly appreciated Rachel's responsiveness, promptness, cheerfulness, and thoroughness. Her professionalism, tact, honesty, and sense of humor throughout the whole process made our experience quite pleasant; and her guidance and insight among the more technical aspects of the real estate world enabled me to feel highly confident when making impactful decisions. It was clear from the start that Rachel was committed to keeping my best interests foremost, and whenever I had a question along the way (and there were many!) her responses were practically immediate. Rachel got my dream home. The house we got was the first house I ever looked at. It went off the market. Along the way she took us to see every house we suggested. She is very quick to respond and get us in to see each place we suggested around our schedules.We loved how honest she was during the whole process. She really does her homework on each house she looks into for you. We really appreciated when it came down to wire and my dream house came back on the market she really came out to bat for us.She is the real reason we got it not only did she pull out all the facts to the sellers agent she was a big reason they chose us to sell to.As we closed on the house we bought Rachel was helping close and sell our house in the process! She truly was amazing from star to finish. I highly recommend her, she truly cares!
