Ivie Baker was wonderful during this year long land deal, there was an issue with the sellers deed and it delayed the closing for over a year. During this whole time Ivie was wonderful she kept us informed and helped draft multiple extensions of the buy sell agreement she went above and beyond to keep this deal going. I have worked with many people and she is one that I can truly say is an outstanding professional.
