In spite of this crazy market, we decided to simultaneously buy a new home and sell our old one. After my wife found the home we wanted, our first call was to Ivie. She took it from there! We found the new home on a Thursday, put an offer in by Saturday, listed our house the next day, Sunday, and closed on both the buy and sell on the same day a month later. Ivie handled it all. This was the 2nd time we bought/sold with Ivie and we wouldn't have even thought of going to anyone else to help us through the process. She knows the industry inside and out, delivers outstanding customer service, and mitigates any issues that may arise. She really is there for you and your best interest, not just to close a deal.
