He understood our budget & preferences, was realistic, wasnt pushy, and patiently took the time to tour a couple dozen houses all over the Austin metro area with us. The lender and inspector he referred also communicated well and did a great job, securing a relatively low interest rate and catching an expensive sewer line issue respectively. We ended up purchasing under asking price with no closing costs, free repairs, and a little bit left over for a rate buy-down. Jarrod was highly responsive and informative throughout the whole process and instilled confidence in us.
