While I was living in NC my husband, whom is in the USMC, received orders to Kansas City, MO. During my search for a house I reached out to a few realtors to assist me in purchasing a house, and while speaking to nick, I decided that Ill go ahead and trust that hell do right by me and my family because he seemed to be a family man. This turned out to me the biggest mistake because he failed to deliver. We asked for a fence and he told us that well get it, after we closed on the house then we found out that the fence was taken out of the contract because our realtor never reached out to the builder. We were suppose to close on December 4 but ended up closing on the 6th because nick failed to submit all of the necessary documents to my lender...I will never recommend him to anyone I come across as a go to realtor because he is lazy, dishonest, unreliable, and he does not know how to effectively communicate and negotiate!
