Amy was so incredibly helpful! We were looking in a very specific area with lots of older homes, some in great condition and some in not-so-great. She was able to steer us away from houses with problems we didn't even know to look for and helped us think through potential renovation scenarios. She responded to emails, texts, and/or calls immediately, even when we emailed her freaking out about houses we heard might be going for sale soon but weren't actually for sale yet. She stuck with us through the whole process and explored every option with us. We ended up in our total dream house! Amy is awesome.
