David is one of the best people I know. His expertise and kindness put him leagues above the rest. Highly recommend using his services.

Excellent communication, especially since we were buying from out of state. Kept in constant contact, steered us clear of what we wouldn't want and directed us towards the perfect home for us. Easiest home buying experience!
