Although we did not ultimately rent the home we looked at, Vivien was amazing! She responded to my request quickly, showed me the home the same day, and followed up promptly and often with updates from the agent/landlord. She worked hard to get us into the home, but we ultimately decided to go with something else. I would definitely recommend Vivien to anyone buying or renting a home in Houston.Thanks!Leslie
