We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kami! From our very first conversation, she was warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made us feel like we were top priority every step of the way. Their knowledge of the Kona real estate market was truly impressive. She offered thoughtful advice, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and were always patient and available whenever we had questions. We never felt pressured or rushedaEUR"instead, we felt supported, informed, and confident in every decision we made. What meant the most to us was how genuinely she cared. She brought professionalism and expertise to the process, but also kindness, honesty, and a personal touch that made all the difference. Buying property can be a stressful experience, but Kami made it feel exciting and manageable, and we always knew we had someone trustworthy in our corner. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and guidance. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or property in Kona, we wholeheartedly recommend Kami Takacs. You will be in excellent hands, and we would absolutely choose to work with her again! God bless you Kami!

What a great experience we had with Kami she was very friendly and professional right from the start, it was a bit tense at times just waiting for the sale of our house but Kami remained calm and cool throughout the process . She gave very good advice especially during closing to help finish everything on a positive note.

Kami, is amazing. She responds really well and very quickly! Does what you ask and gets it done properly. The sell had alot going against it and even though we didnt sell for the price we wanted, kami was able to negotiate and is amazing a wording things in ways that just make everyone feel good about the deal. Thanks Kami
