Katherine was a consulate professional throughout this difficult sale. It was a complicated sale with 2 unmarried people. One has dementia and the other a very limited education. And the house was an hour drive away. The entire process from signing with her to the funding after the sale required extra hand-holding by Kathy. She made it seem effortless. And based on her experience as a realty specialist she helped reduce the number of times I had to drive to the property. We also had to deal with a demanding and rude buyers agent which she handled with poise. Definitely recommend her and if I'm in need, Katherine Santifer WILL be my agent.
