Working with Kathleen was an amazing experience starting from the very beginning at the buyer consultation. We sat down and talked for close to two hours. She explained the process from beginning to end answered all the questions I had come with. She made me feel confident and prepared for the experience. Throughout the whole process she always made me feel supported by answering my questions and even fighting for me on my behalf when it was needed. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she always provided me with advice while respecting my choices. I also greatly appreciate her focus on young single women buying for the first time (like me). This group can sometimes be overlooked or not taken seriously. This was not the case with Kathleen at all. I was always taken seriously and she often checked in with me during the process to make sure I was understanding of it, and still felt confident and comfortable. I genuinely recommend working with Kathleen to anyone who will listen. If I were ever needing realtor services again she would be my first choice.
