Fate accidentally brought us to Jeremy during our house hunt. We were planning a move back to Kansas and didn't know how we were going to approach this long distance house hunt, but Jeremy reassured us that we could get this done. We scheduled a weekend to visit several homes and since this was our first time purchasing a home, Jeremy was extremely helpful in pointing out flaws, as well as highlights, of each home we toured. Jeremy respected our budget, our tastes, and was very honest with us. Jeremy worked overtime to negotiate with the sellers to get necessary repairs and a fair price. Since we were coming from out of state and didn't know where to turn for financing advice, Jeremy was helpful to suggest a couple of different mortgage advisors. We chose one of Jeremy's suggestions and it was a very easy transaction. We will most definitely be giving out Jeremy's name to anyone who needs a realtor!

My wife and I used Jeremy when purchasing our new home. He showed us several homes, at our request. Within a reasonable time frame, he always got the showings set up that we had requested.We felt that Jeremy really understood what we were looking for in a home. After viewing homes, he would listen to our comments/thoughts about the home. Jeremy never tried to push towards or away from any home we had seen. He left the decision up to us, but was never hesitant to share his thoughts/concerns. We really appreciated this because he has the experience and could recognize areas of concerns that may have gone unnoticed by us. When we finally found the home we wanted to purchase, we did not feel that the price it was listed for was reasonable due to the TLC the home needed. Jeremy stood behind us in the negotiating process and we got the house for a price we were willing to pay.Throughout the multiple showings we had on the home and the negotiating process, Jeremy was always in contact with us and replied quickly to any questions/concerns we had. Even after the purchase of our home, we have remained in contact with Jeremy! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable realtor, and we will definitely use him again when the time comes!
