K4G Realty

Lacy was an answered prayer when it came to relocating our family from DFW! From our very first interaction, to celebrating closing together, Lacy and her team have treated us like family. Not only is she a knowledgeable leader in local real estate, she strives to truly connect with her clients to make their home-buying dreams a reality!

Taylor did a great job from beginning to end, Taylor was able to answer any questions I had trouble understanding. She went above and beyond with help looking for a new house to call home, the sale of my house and the purchase of our forever home.

Nicole not only helped me but also my son"s family. I knew from just our first phone conversation we would become fast friends. She was available ANYTIME I texted or called. We looked at so many houses even before we committed to buy in Texas. Our son bought first then of course we had to have a 2nd home to be close to our grandson. After closing she helped with our "difficult" previous owner of the home, when she didn't need to be involved anymore. Nicole is that type of realtor and person. I am truly glad to have met her as she is now a family friend. You cannot go wrong with Nicole Ballard.

Lacy was amazing throughout the whole process she went over and beyond for us not only in buying but also selling definitely would recommend her to anyone looking or selling!!!

I recently used Lacy"s services in a sale of a lot and she handled the sale with the utmost professionalism, she was very attentive and responsive during the sale, I highly recommend her and her team and will not hesitate to use her services if needed in the future.
