Of specific appreciation we admire Neida for pushing back and collaborating with the buyer's agent on a few items that were called out but actually not required in the initial home inspection which resulted in saving real dollars for us by not having to make unnecessary and additional repairs. She negotiated a realistic and fair price for us and managed details of closing requirements and handling things through that phase so we did not have to worry for one second knowing she always had our best interest in mind. More importantly, Neidas kind, helpful and assuring personality was a rare and welcome treasure in todays professional culture.

Working with Neida has been best and most comforting experience with taken steps to purchase a home. From first initial phone call to every encounter neida has treated us more like family rather than just a client or number.
