David Zavala was the ideal agent for me when it came to selling my property. It was a weekend home that's really special: great house on 10 magical acres. Described my property and it described best practices for a successful sales process and also provide names of 3 agents who specialize with my type of property. One of those was David. Unbeknownst to any of them, I reached out to all 3 to determine which was best for me. Asked them all to tour the property with me, make smart recommendations on what things needed to be done and put together a marketing plan with recommendations on listing price. David stood out in all areas. - understood that pictures, videos & drone photography would be crucial. - made great suggestions on things needed to prep the property for best outcomes, and provided contractors who could do the work. - marketing plan was smart and thorough. - recommended sales prices & rationale was spot on. One of the other agents recommended listing for $100K less. David has great instincts & worked collaboratively with me through the whole process. We worked together to arrange the photos on real estate sites in a way that highlighted the key features to those most likely to be buyers. We worked together to change the description to put more emphasis on the land, river frontage and other characteristics that would be attractive to the ideal buyers. When I didn't feel we were getting enough engagement, David put together an open house for agents and a separate open house for buyers. He also was quick to respond to my daily calls and random text messages. In what's considered a difficult real estate market, we got a close to full price offer in about 30 days. David was incredibly responsive. Did what he said he would do. Was an amazing collaborator. He's genuinely a great guy and was a pleasure to partner with.
