Kim has been a pleasure to work with. She is highly competent, detail-oriented, and a great negotiator. In addition, her kind heart makes her a pleasure to do business with. Her clients love her and that is the best litmus test!

Kim Reid has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. At the beginning everything was streamlined and clearly presented. She was very thorough throughout the entire process of my home buying and selling experience. Kim has been invaluable in helping me conquer every possible problem that arose, she already seeming had an answer as she was contacting me. Even working full time as a single parent, Kim has taken every stress off my shoulders. She really listened to the goals I had in mind and helped me get exactly what I needed done in order to achieve a happy home experience.

Kim Reid was my realtor and was able to help me every step of the way as I navigated my way to find the perfect house! The entire process from house hunting to closing was about 4 weeks, and that's amazing! Because I did not live locally, she went above and beyond helping me with so many tasks! Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with too! She was my realtor, now she's my friend.
