Just Selling AZ

Excellent Realtor aEUR" Highly Recommended! I cant thank Jody and Bob enough for the incredible job they did selling both my home and my mother's condo. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. Their knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and strategic approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They kept us informed at every step, offered great advice on staging and pricing, and worked tirelessly to ensure both properties sold quickly and at competitive prices. What truly stood out was their personalized service and care. Selling two properties could have been overwhelming, but Jody and Bob made it seamless. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to meet our needs. If you're looking for a realtor who is skilled, reliable, and truly invested in your success, I wholeheartedly recommend Just Selling AZ. They are simply the best!

My wife I began looking at houses in the Gold Canyon area in 2009. After a year of flying back and forth we contatced Jody and she assisted us with putting a number of bids in on houses that we were interested in. The property we ended up getting was a bank owned house and we owned the house for 3 years. At that time we again contacted her wanting to purchase a new larger house and then sell our existing house. She was great and assisted us during both processes. She also has a wealth of information and people in the business that we used during different work begin done on the house. I would highly recommend Jody and her staff in purchasing or selling of a residence.

Jody just recently helped us purchase our dream home. She watched the market and found the home that fit our needs perfectly and helped negotiate a fair price. We have also bought and sold numerous flip houses through her. She connected us with reliable contractors to get the work done and back on the market for sale. She then sold the houses in a timely manner. She has always gone to bat for us and with the help of the rest of her team, the closings went smoothly. Jody is a very reliable, professional realtor that I wouldnt hesitate to use again and again!

She was helpful with local info but after this, she did not return calls and when I did get a hold of her, she sounded as if she did not have time and not interested bless I was ready to purchase. I found her to be arrogant and would not refer her to any of my friends or family.
