I have so many wonderful things to say about Samantha! She is kind, responsive, incredibly on top of her game, & the absolute best in her field.My husband and I were moving to Rhode Island from out of state. Because of our two dogs, we were having a hard time securing temporary housing, and so made the decision to move into a hotel until we found a house. When we explained this situation to Samantha, she assured us she would do everything she could to get us in a home quickly- and did she! It took exactly one month from arriving in Rhode Island to closing & being moved into our home!Throughout the entire process, Samantha was incredibly responsive, and always took the time to explain every step of the process to us. She supplied us with great materials to help us understand exactly what to expect at every step of the process. She connected us to great industry professionals for a mortgage company, & home inspection. When we arrived in Rhode Island, she & her team arranged showings of homes back to back so we could squeeze in as many as possible right away. When we found a home we loved, she advised us expertly on our offer, negotiation, & the whole rest of the process. Knowing we had Samantha on our side, we never doubted that even in this tough market we would find a house. We truly love the home we ended up in, and are so grateful for Samanthas guidance!
