Julia B Fee Sotheby's

This is our third transaction having Michelle guide us through, and we have greatly appreciated her experience, deep local market knowledge, and ability to show us how to get the best price out of the two properties we have sold with her. With our one home purchase when she was our buyers agent, she was able to negotiate a fair price, always keep us informed, and help us work through issues that had not been foreseen. I would highly recommend her to my best friends as she has earned our trust and appreciation.

We worked with Michele to both purchase and then sell our home a few years later. She was delightful to work with on both sides of the transaction and I'd recommend her to anyone!

As soon as I met Michele, I knew we were in good hands. My husband and I were casually looking in Tarrytown and reached out to Michele on one of her listings. It was about to go under contract but she told me that she had some comparables in the same neighborhood. We met her on a Saturday, viewed 5 listings that day, and had an offer submitted by Tuesday aEUR" keep in mind, we were aEUR~casually looking. She took the time to listen to what we wanted/neededaEUR|. and then delivered!! For Michele, there is no question too little or two small, she is thorough with each stage of the process, and every interaction youll have with her during the process was both helpful and enjoyable aEUR" what more could you ask for as a first time buyer?! I cant recommend her enough. We are absolutely in love with our new home and looking forward to seeing her around the neighborhood ??

Michele interrupted her vacation in Portugal to help me, even though she didnt know me. Her real estate knowledge saved me from making a costly mistake. Fabulous human being and dedicated professional!
