Juli & Brett are great to work with! When we were close to closing the buyer of our house failed to mention that they needed to sell their current house in order to get approved for financing. At that point we were afraid we would have to find a new buyer for our home. However, Juli & Brett were proactive and came up with a solution for our buyer when they ran into problems with selling their house. Their solution allowed us to close on our house with the original buyers in a timely manner. Juli & Brett were great at keeping us updated on everything throughout the process. Everybody has a friend or a family member who is a real estate agent, and in my case multiple people. So who do you pick? The choice is very simple for me and I will explain. Juli and Brett did years of work for me before I gave them any business. 1. Assessing taxes for me on a piece of agricultural property, and helping me dispute the county taxes 2. multiple years in showing me investment properties without me buying anything 3. taking my calls at all hours of the day with specific real estate questions.
