We enlisted Dawn's help in finding and purchasing a home in our chosen area for retirement. From the very beginning she heard what we had to say and assisted us every step of the way. She used her local area knowledge exceptionally well to provide us with perspective on homes we were interested in. She used her connections to line us up with inspectors and other service providers to ensure our home was suitable. Since we lived out of town during our search, she also performed some of the legwork on our behalf in dealing with service providers and with the title company. All the while she kept us fully informed and proved very accessible when we had questions or concerns. We are grateful for her professionalism and her approachable personality, which made a very stressful event much easier for us to complete. We highly recommend Dawn and thank her for her efforts.

We worked with Dawn on the purchase of some property in Tennessee where we want to build a second home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and I highly recommend her services!

Dawn is the hardest working realtor you can find.it was very difficult to find a house in dickson tn in my range.she search freq ,showed me several i liked even put a contract on a couple. Did not pass inspection but she persisted and found the perfect place for us.she worked for us and with, she often went that x-mile to find what we need.If you looking you cant go wrong with DAWN

Dawn was amazing to work with. I had been searching for a property in Florence, AL for about a year before I met Dawn. She was instrumental in me finally finding a property that I am in love with! She gave me all the attention I needed (which as a first time home buyer, I needed!) She answered all my phone calls. I made several offers, and she was so helpful. I was searching for a low cost property, that was in good structural shape and didn't need a ton of work. Dawn gave me the same attention as I'm sure she would give to a client looking for a more expensive property. She gave me excellent referrals for the work that did need to be done. She is knowledgeable and so very nice. I'd definitely recommend her. And I will definitely call her again if I decide to sell or buy again! I can't recommend her enough!

Dawn did a great job working with me over a long period of time finding the perfect fit for me and my investment plans! She was so patient and committed to helping me find the right property! Can?t wait to show her the end results of an awesome investment opportunity!
