I'm truly inspired to write this letter of character reference because being an exceptional salesperson is a rare commodity in the workplace. Oricel Allen is one such person. Her excitement and focus were palatable over the line. She would stay in regular contact with us for nearly 2 years as we navigated the passing of my father and Covid events which stopped our move. She.Did.Not.Give.Up. Finally, as life began to offer some semblance of normalcy, we found it was time to move. From that simple contact, on, she was completely present with us. Our early morning inquiries or late (for us) evening texts were answered within minutes. There was rarely a question she had no answer for but if that was the case, she immediately sought this answer out. We honestly, do not know how she did it as we were well aware, that we were not her only clients. We know she is this exceptional with everyone. To add another dimension to this relationship; we lived in the Kansas City Missouri metro-plex and she showed us homes through Facetime, in fact, we met for the first time, through Facetime! Ory became our eyes and ears for every crack and crevice, for every sound in the floorboards, Ory missed nothing as if, she was my sister and only wanted the best for me. Naturally, it was a given she wanted to make the sale but she was even more clear about making it the RIGHT purchase for us. Her intention was to build a friendship and from there, she may sell a home. What a concept! Her professionalism was above reproach. Her honesty and deep concern showed the utmost respect for the long process. We couldn't have gotten luckier to have stumbled across Ory and now, after reading this recommendation, you don't have to get lucky as we did, the power to choose with the knowledge you now have is in your hands and once you are in Oricel Allen's hands, you are safe to go house hunting with the perfect guide.
