JPAR Leading Edge

Jordan worked extensively with is to not only buy a new home, but to sell our previos one. He worked.tirelessly to help us choose the right home with all the specifics we wanted, to negotiate a fair price, to see that our previous house was marketed so that it showed beautifully, and saw us through to complete closure on both homes. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a realtor who is highly knowledgeable and has the persistence to get it done in a highly professional manner. He pays attention to the details that make a difference between getting the home you like to the home of your dreams.

Jordan has helped me purchase multiple properties over the last couple years. He has been very professional and knowledgeable each time. I highly recommend Jordan to anybody looking for a real estate professional.

Buying a house can be a very stressful time but when Jordan Wuest is your agent it takes the stress level way down. He is extremely good at walking you through the whole process. His knowledge and know how can?t be beat. His advice is priceless!!! He has a great eye for detail. After the house had been FHA inspected we did another walk through and he found a major problem that the inspector had missed so the seller had to fix it. I give Jordan the highest of recommendations. You would be smart to use him as your agent. He is very easy to get a hold of and will walk you through the process. I will be using him again in the near future.

We met Jordan while touring an open house he was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable. We chose to have him help us sell our home and purchase another. He was amazing. When we settled on a home to purchase he was immediately involved and worked with us closely at every step. Selling our home was equally smooth. Had an great listing and several offers came in right away. We were a bit overwhelmed with so many offers, Jordan helped us to make an informed decision and feel confident. During the selling process there were a few issues the buyer had over repairs and Jordan was on top of it, helping us negotiate and reach a good deal with our buyer. Would definitely recommend Jordan to everyone I know!
