had a great experience working with Andy Harrell. He connected me with a reputable local lender who helped me understand what I qualified for and a realistic house price range for me. Andy then educated me on the different neighborhoods in the Raleigh area so that I could chose what suited me the most We then toured houses on the market in my price range. He was very informative and knowledgeable as we looked at homes and was never pushy and always patient. He gave honest advice about the market and what was best for me. In the end, he helped me make the smart decision to hold off until spring rather than rush into something. He was always quickly available when I tried to contact him and always listened with courtesy and respect. Im grateful for his support and time and would definitely recommend him and work with him in the future.

Andy Harrell did an outstanding job with helping me to find a home to purchase. He was always glad to answer any questions and if he wasnt sure of the answer he would research it and get back to me in a timely manner when he did find the answer. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and easy to work with.

Andy is an excellent realtor. He marketed my house so well that we had over 200 people look at it for the open house! He was extremely responsive to all of my questions (and there were many!). He was never pushy. He provided excellent advice. I cant say enough about how great it was to work with him!

He works with ?investors to sell your home quickly (homeward). And mark spain. He withheld information from me on the selling of my home and failed to disclose pertinent information. When I asked questions he became agitated and asked me to stop contacting him. Bad etiquette, bad ethics and took advantage of me. I?m letting others know I o please ask all the questions and read everything. Do not docu sign as your initials may end up on a document you never signed. Andy, I hope you realize the importance of being a professional/realtor is! You have definitely made this process unhealthy.
