What a nightmare of a transaction and Kelly was there to help us thru the entire thing. We purchased an inexpensive fixer up house for cash, that was the easy part. There were so many obstacles in the way (LCRA, probating a will, etc.) Kelly helped us with all of it. She went above and beyond and put a lot of effort in for such small commission.
