Lucy's expertise and her kindness and dependability with my home purchase were very much appreciated. She was tireless working on my behalf as a buyer and gave her undivided attention to answering my questions and concerns throughout the process. She's great and I highly recommend her!

I worked with Marlene for over 6 months (the market at the time of purchase was crazy) and she was always responsive and on top of everything. This was my first home and she was the perfect person to guide me through the process. There are some realtors out there that just want to get you in any old house just to get a check but the opposite could not be more true with Marlene. She wants to ensure you get a home you will be happy with for years to come and will make sure you dont settle or get a bad deal. Honestly I admit I was more than a little bothersome through some parts of the process and we looked at ALOT of houses, making multiple offered on many homes. Not once through everything did she seem annoyed or put any less effort in. Actually she had to talk me out of settling as I was getting burnt out and I am so glad she did as I now have a perfect home. She also works as a buyers agent selling homes for other people so she knows both sides of the process in and out and I feel that helped greatly with the purchasing process. I could not recommend Marlene more, you will not regret working with her if you are looking for a realtor!

The best experience, I would never use any other realtor but Marlene. She is the most professional and the best at helping both selling and buying a house. She was always coming with new strategies to help us sell our previous home fast and always kept on touch with us. Our house sold fast even with this market and I'm surprised since all the houses for sale in my neighborhood have months on sale, we sold ours in less than a month and got the new house we wanted. Thank you Marlene!!!

Marlene has helped us renting our house twice and eventually selling it. We also bought an apartament and a loft with her help. She is very professional. Very recommendable.

Our home buying experience was like a walk in the park because of Lucy. Before meeting her, we were intimidated by the whole process and the long road ahead before the house could be finalised and closer and thanks to the care, understanding and expertise of Lucy we were able to close the home without any pain. One noteworthy point is Lucy always respects your time and keeps your interests in her mind during the whole process and never rushes you into committing into closing on a property. More than the house, we are happy to welcome Lucy as a family member in our lives. Thank you Lucy for helping us a beautiful property which we now call home.Mounika S
