JP and Associates Realtors

It was a pleasure to work with Pam throughout the sale of our home. She is knowledgeable about the housing market; she kept us "in the loop" as things developed; and she responded promptly to every email and phone call. We would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Pam was fantastic! I live in another state, Pam guided me every step of the way. I had renters in my home for several years before deciding to sell it, Pam not only arranged for repairs and improvements to be made, she helped me decide on which areas I should invest in to make the maximum profit... in addition she checked up on the work and let me know how it was progressing. She definitely kept my mind at ease being far away. The entire process was great thanks to her! I would highly recommend Pam to anyone out there looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable agent!

Nice person and very professional

She is outstanding realtor. I listed my home 4 other realtors before but could not sell it. She was meticulously thorough, went through everything in a professional way, on first day of listing got 3 showings and the first one bought the house. She was there with me through the entire process till the end. I selected her because she sold more homes in our area than any other other. Now I recommend her highly because she delivered.

Pam is very nice and easy to work with. She also helped me source local contractors as needed and made the sale of my house easy. She hired a photographer to take all the pictures which helped attract many potential buyers the first few days. I receive offers immediately and closed my house in a reasonable amount of time.
