We were so fortunate to have found Marzetta when we wanted to move. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at several homes and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. As first time home buers, she educated us on certain qualities for a home that will fit our family's needs. Two story VS one story, school districts, work commute, even easily accessible shopping for me. Marzetta worked literally day and night on new listings, anwsering any and all questions, and meeting us all over DFW to view potential homes. Marzetta was patient and informative on all aspects of the home buying/selling process. My family and I are forever thankful to Marzetta for all she did to find our new home. Thanks Marze

Great Agent. His schedule is always available for showings. He follow up with you and makes a lot of suggestions. Very friendly and is always on time for the appointments.

Marzetta is very knowledgeable about the process which helps tremendously. I had two different buyers back out and each time Marzetta was able to obtain other offers immediately. Marzetta is determined to bring the process to a satisfying completion for everyone involved. You will definitely feel comfortable leaving your real estate needs with Marzetta Morgan.

Marzetta has helped my family with housing needs for several years! I was referred to her by my parents. She is educated, quick, and patient with new buyers :-). I would recommend Marzetta to anyone looking for a new place to call home! Marzetta knew I was flying in from Seattle on Friday morning to look for a house to rent. I was leaving out of Dallas early Monday morning, so we didn't have much time. She was very impressive, with all the showings we had in such little time. We found the perfect house for me Sunday afternoon. Her expertise was overwhelming. I would definitely recommend her without thinking twice. I flew back to Seattle Monday morning very happy!

Marzetta is excellent, I recommend her to anyone buying a home. She is very professional yet offers a personal touch for the buying experience. She is also very honest, diligent, patient and paid attention to details of homes that fit our needs. She listened to our needs, found us the house that fit our needs. She surpassed our expectations, we are so thankful to her for her hard and diligent work.
