I would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to buy in the Henrico/Richmond area. She was extremely attentive to our requests/needs and willing to go out of her way to get us in to see a house. She was also honest with us throughout the entire process and willing to give her expertise when it came to offering/negotiations. She proceeded with our best interests in mind and not simply just saying "yes" to keep things moving. We moved to the area from out of town so it was great having someone so well-versed in the area. Chris was willing to visit properties on our behalf, if needed and went above and beyond to get comps and reach out to listing agents that had just sold nearby where we ended up to get any other information.Chris is incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

John Daylor and his associates, Jenny Tat and Gwen Reid, were a delight to work with at Joyner Fine Properties. From the beginning, John Daylor was accessible and very patient with my many questions. He responded to phone calls right away and answered my questions at each stage of the process. Given his wealth of experience, I liked the way he explained the many variables. His advice regarding the selling price of my home demonstrated that he was wise about the current market. He came prepared with a great deal of documents and research about my home and the neighborhood, and he didnt bother me with extraneous examples of situations that were not relevant to my situation. I also met Katie Stiles who showed my home, and she was very complimentary and professional. Once the many contracts came in by Sunday evening, John contacted me immediately after careful examination of all offers. Based on a review of the offers, I comfortably decided which offer to accept without hesitation. Not only was John Daylor helpful with questions about the sale of my home, but he was helpful in locating a painter who was reliable as well as a moving company. Jenny Tat and a photographer came to my home once it was time to take pictures. Both were friendly, professional, and efficient. Jenny gave great advice regarding the placement of furniture and art. Joyner Fine Properties also wrote a very flattering description of my home for the internet. Gwen Reid was a great help when it was time to prepare for the closing. She and John Daylor were always available to answer questions. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly! I highly recommend Joyner Fine Properties and the John Daylor team. They make selling a home stress free!
