I don't know where to begin, John was not only our realtor, through the process of selling our home and buying our next home he became our trusted friend, I found John through the Zillow top realtors and contacted him to buy our second home. Within one conversation John was able to explain to me that I wasn't ready to make the big move from NYC to Rockland, he explained things I needed to do first before I was ready. If John didn't give me that advice I would be stuck between a hard place and a rock. John is knowledgeable lives in the neighborhood, knows plenty of contractors, he made leaving NYC easier on my family ensuring we were making the right decisions, he showed us plenty of homes matching our wants and needs. He did a lot of running around for us which took away many of the stresses of buying a home. I used his recommended contractors and they saved me so much money for painting the whole house with wall paper and complete wood floor work.I know John has been doing this for many years, I hope I can save up some more money quickly before he completely retires.
