Chelsea was amazing to work with. In all fairness, she?s also a good friend. However, I was really nervous about purchasing my first home as a single income household. However, I felt so taken care of every step of the way. Chelsea blew away any expectations I had for the experience I needed. We had some curve balls, as happens. She was collected and reassuring, and worked to fight for my interests every step of the way. I ended up with the home I wanted, and she ended up with a happy friend and client- and referrals. I recommended her to another good friend of mine who decided to sell her home here while living outside of California. She later told me it was the smoothest sale she?s ever done and she didn?t have to worry about anything. She was very worried about selling from a distance, but the whole process was smooth for her. I don?t hesitate to say that in both a professional and personal capacity, Chelaea?s integrity, dedication, excellence and character always shines. I have multiple wonderful friends in real estate, but after going with Chelsea, I can?t imagine going with anyone else. I felt so advocated for.
