ZillowVERIFIEDDerek House was super great to work with! He helped us buy our first home! He listened to what we were looking for and help us get that. Derek was very professional, messaged me right away, really stuck with us when we didnt know what we wanted, and knew what he was doing! Thank you to Derek for getting us into our first home!
ZillowVERIFIEDDerek was amazing to work with. If anything came up he was ready to work it out or find a solution. Derek was supportive, dependable, friendly. If a house hit the market he knew I'd like he was quick to let me know and show it. Derek was always available if I had questions or concerns. He made the house hunting and buying experience easier, fun and less stressful.
ZillowVERIFIEDDerek is a very dedicated realtor and will do a great job for his clients! He is extremely motivated and knowledgeable about the Shasta County area. Ive known him for 15 years and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Derek to buy a home in the Redding, CA area. From my first contact with him on Zillow, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the different areas I was looking at surrounding Redding. I needed extra assistance, since I am moving to the area from out of town, and needed a local contact to advise me of the vibe and neighborhoods of Redding real estate. The home I finally purchased had multiple offers and a couple unique circumstances; he was working on each item even before I asked the questions. He always helped me to feel confident and not worry while he worked behind the scenes. Derek went above and beyond to investigate and explain the process and make my deal happen! I highly recommend him for a sale or purchase!
ZillowVERIFIEDOur home buying process was a roller coaster through the home loan ups and downs but our realtor Derek House was extremely patient and would always keep us in the know! I highly recommend Derek house and Josh Barker Real Estate. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our whole home buying experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDDerek was always in contact through the whole process, if we had any questions, he always had an answer the same day. Derek took care of everything and we were lucky to have a great team through this process.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved to Redding from out of state. In two days Derek showed us over 8 homes that all met our specifications. While the final decision was hard (as two homes rose to the top) we landed on a home that is our dream home now. We couldnt have done it without Dereks help and guidance.
ZillowVERIFIEDHighly recommend Derek! He is very responsive, always willing to go the extra step and answer any of our questions at any time. Not only did i purchase through him but my mom did as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Derek was a 10/10, he went above and beyond to help us find our first home. He made the process of buying a home clear, he helped us discover what was important to us, showed us our options, and was willing to put in extra the off hours to show us houses just placed on the market. In the closing process Derek fought for to get us unexpected benefits and things we otherwise would have had to finance ourselves. Thank you Derek for all the hard work!
ZillowVERIFIEDDerek House was amazing throughout the entire selling process. Derek is a highly motivated realtor who takes pride in his work. Before the house was listed, Derek had an open house scheduled and ready to show. He communicates very well and is always willing to go the extra mile. Our overall experience with Derek House was great and we had no issues at all.
ZillowVERIFIEDDerek was extremely professional and efficient. His team stayed on top of our transaction from start to finish. Made the whole experience better than any of our other property sales.
