Okay I put April through the ringer because prices are high in Racine area b/c of foxconn . So to me as an investor what is on the market selling is totally inflated. Lots of bad foundations, bad remodel jobs and plumbing. That cost a ton to fix up this way and very outdated homes going to top market prices. So I put in an offer on a very run down place with a better foundation & when it went for inspections there was more issues like with the well and fireplace. The sellers side was a pain and slow to respond. So twice I cancelled a contract w this buyer trying to force the price down. I was finally successful in getting a price I was comfortable with through April continuing to talk with the sellers agent. We finally had success when she got them to offer an as is price that I wanted. I would definitely use April again. She's chill and super quick to respond. On top of things and has a great sense of humor which kept me relatively calm.

April was extremely helpful in the home buying process. I am a first time home owner and she made the process very easy. She explained everything step by step and in great detail. She knew exactly what I wanted and was in contact with me when new listings were up. I would 100% recommend her to my family and friends

We had a tight timeline to find a house in a specific price range and April did everything we could ask of her. She was also very helpful all the way through closing.

The house had multiple offers over asking price and was under contract within 3 days of listing. The process was smooth and fast. April was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. It was a pleasure having April along with Joseph Scott Homes sell our house. If we sell a house again they will be my first call!
