Joseph Bette Realtors, Inc.

Justin's knowledge of the Heritage Village complex in Southbury, CT is outstanding. He clearly explained the differences and advantages of each of the many condo styles that are available in the complex. He explained the structure and inner workings of this very large community. After my visits I felt that I had obtained a fine understanding of the properties at Heritage Village. Justin is an excellent realtor who readily shares an informed point of view on the local market and its current offerings.

Justin was extremely helpful to me in the sale of my house. Any time I had a question, he was always available when I called. I never had to wait for him if I had to leave a message, he would get back to me as soon as he was able and it was never long, he would text if he was in a meeting, etc. always making sure to follow up and answered every question I had and there were a lot. His knowledge is extensive on all aspects of real estate. I had a septic "snag" and he went above and beyond for me in this transaction with ease and patience. He is personable, professional, highly intelligent and a pleasure to work with. His team was also wonderful. I have already told everyone I know that if they are buying or selling, Justin Bette is the premier realtor to use. A from start to finish.

Justin has been a great real estate agent for me on many levels and several times now over the years. He has helped me buy, sell and rent. He's also a very nice person with integrity.

Justin completely changed my perspective and opinion about working with a real estate agent. His expertise, patience, persistence, confidence, coordination, and negotiation skills were critical assets to the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Both of which went exceptionally smooth with Justin setting, meeting, and exceeding expectations throughout the process while also ensuring our interests were protected. His calm, positive, low pressure, and ethical approach made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way even when things felt overwhelming to us. I would 100% (and honestly already have) recommend him to others. Thank you Justin Bette, you're the best!
