Kip Johnson just recently sold our house in Portland, Oregon. He was so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, marketing our house and explaining every detail of the process. He came in and took photos that looked incredible and made a marketing video that was posted before the actual day the house hit the market. The video looked great! We enjoyed watching how many people viewed it on Facebook before the house was even on the market. By the time our open house came we had so many people go through it we had offers right away! Our house was listed on a Thursday night and by Monday we had signed an offer, after picking from multiple! Kip's knowledge and guidance is why our house sold as fast as it did. We wouldn't go with any other realtor and HIGHLY recommend him!
