Jon Bowling's Team @ eXp Realty

Tanner helped me purchase my first home, and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. I was a very particular client, but he was patient, never pressured me to settle, and always made sure what I wanted came first. When we finally found the one, his negotiation skills, communication, and knowledge really stood out. I can whole heartedly say Tanner is someone you want in your corner when buying a home. He genuinely cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We are very satisfied with Jason; I highly recommend him. His professionalism, patience, and market knowledge made all the difference. He guided us through every step of the process, answered all our questions, and negotiated the best deal for us. If you are looking for an honest and dedicated realtor, I recommend Jason. : )

We stumbled across Trish Pitts during a random house tour, and we immediately knew she was the right person to help our family find a home! Trish was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. Her strong understanding of home structures, maintenance, and upkeep helped us feel confident and informed when making decisions. She understands how challenging the home buying process can be and always communicated with us clearly and straightforwardly. Not only did we find the perfect home, but we also walked away feeling like we gained a new member of our family. Thank you, Trish, for helping make our dream a reality!

Jason did an amazing job. Hes very attentive to every need we had. Very quick to answer all calls and texts. He went above and beyond his duties to help. He worked around my crazy work schedule and that helped our family tremendously

Trish was amazing! She really took into consideration all of the things I wanted, and showed me find several options that helped me really narrow down what I wanted from a house. She has extensive knowledge of the market and home buying process. I felt like I could ask her anything and she would regularly point things out during showings I wouldn't have known were issues. From start to finish, I felt like I could reach out for any and everything.
