We had a less than ideal situation in which we needed to sell the house. It was in need of a little work and was in the process of doing some updates when we decided to sell. Freddie was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and made several recommendations that were extremely helpful because of his knowledge of the area. He actually found us the buyer who was looking for what we had to offer and was very helpful throughout the closing. We are thankful for his help, knowledge and respect even though this was not " a big sale " for him.
