Geovanni is outgoing and gets the job done. Hes pleasant to work with, I have worked with him twice and I have referred my family and friends as well, thanks for all you do!

A few days before we met Geovanni, buying a house was like a joke to us. We were thinking about it but it was always seem very complicated and postponed it. One day, my wife was looking at the prices of properties in an area that we wanted to live. She has mistakenly clicked the aEURoeRequest a touraEUR? button. Immediately after, Geovanni contacted us and arranged a time to visit. Our intention was still aEURoejust lookingaEUR?. That house was not how we expected but Geovanni followed up with us with new opportunities. We become more and more serious about it because he was explaining us all the details about buying a new home. We checked out other houses and he arranged visits in a very quick manner. About 2-3 weeks later, we were very excited when we first made an offer to a house. The market is very busy nowadays so that we missed that one. Then Geovanni followed up with more new houses and finally we found a great house. Currently we are in escrow, waiting all the paperwork to be completed. He helped us finding a good mortgage rate, good inspector and any other things that we need. Geovanni done all the work for us and made everything as smooth as possible. We highly recommend him.
